The Level of Soft Skills Among Female Student Teachers During Field Training at the College of Women, Seiyun University, from the Perspective of Cooperating Teachers

The study aimed to identify the role of the practical education program in enhancing the soft skills of trainee students at the College of Girls from the perspective of cooperating teachers, and whether there is a significant difference attributable to the scientific qualification and practical experience. The study followed the descriptive method, and used a questionnaire that included the components of soft skills, namely (communication and communication - cooperation and teamwork - digital culture - time management - crisis management), and was verified for reliability and stability and then applied to a sample of (41) cooperating teachers. The results showed that the role of the practical education program in enhancing the soft skills of trainee students was high in all areas except for the digital culture area, which was moderate. It also revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥α) in the level of realization of the role of the practical education program in promoting the development of soft skills among trainee students from the perspective of cooperating teachers for the tool as a whole and the skills (communication, communication, and crisis management) attributed to the valid educational qualification of master and bachelor, while there are no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥α) in the level of realization of the role of the practical education program in promoting the development of soft skills among trainee students from the perspective of cooperating teachers for the tool as a whole and the sub-skills according to practical experience. The study recommended the following recommendations: Develop training plans and programs to enhance and develop soft skills among female students. The need to include soft skills and their applications in the curricula and curricula of the celebratory stages of study, including the university level.
