This study aims to raise an important topic, namely, to explain the impact of the hardship rule, which brings facilitation in the understanding and knowledge of the devotional provisions of persons with special needs in the selected doctrinal matters concerning them and the graduation of issues and facts and their attachment to the jurisprudence, in order to clarify that Islamic law was based on facilitation, lifting embarrassment and hardship, and the first category of special care for the disabled, namely, to facilitate the devotional provisions of the disabled and to take into account the rights and duties of this particular group. This highlights the advantages of Islamic law, as it was limited in this research to complete and obvious disabilities such as sensory disabilities, including the blind, deaf, mute, peripheral disability, as well as mental disability.
The study concluded that the rules of jurisprudence have a significant impact on the development of jurisprudence and the control and collection of doctrinal issues, particularly the rule of hardship, which brings significant influence and money in collecting and clarifying the doctrinal issues concerning the disabled in the field of purity and prayer, and that the assignment comes in accordance with the capacity and ability, and that the majority of jurisprudential provisions concerning persons with special needs have been based on a number of jurisprudential rules that are based on the removal of embarrassment and harm from those charged.
