The property of Assimilation in Fundamentalist rules and its Role in Facing Challenges, a Fundamental Study

Abstract

The aim of the research is to demonstrate the possibility of jurisprudential and fundamentalist ijtihad in facing developments in the wide geographical area that accommodated the cultural diversity, and to show the characteristic of assimilation in the fundamentalist rules and their ability to face challenges and developments, which indicates the vitality of Islamic Sharia and its interaction with the environment and the creation of mechanisms that achieve this vitality. The problem of research in two questions: What are the manifestations of assimilation in the fundamentalist rules? What are the areas that the fundamentalist lesson can absorb?
