The impact of the strategic intelligence of the manger on job performance in industrial companies

This research aims to state the effect of Strategic intelligence on job performance, from the point of view of managers and their deputies in the small and medium industrial companies, in the industrial zone of New Damietta in The Egyptian Arabic Republic. A special survey questionnaire has been designed for this purpose and distributed to the study sample, which was a quota sample not random.
The number of companies under study reached (512) companies, and the sample size was (384) individuals, the questionnaire was distributed to them. The good ones were for statistical analysis (198) questionnaires.
The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the two research variables, and a significant effect of the dimensions of strategic intelligence: (systems thinking , motivation and empowerment, and partnership) in the dimensions of job performance, While the two dimensions (foresight and vision) did not have a significant effect on any aspect of job performance, all of which at a level of significance of 0.01, and The value of (R²) was 0.21, 0.42, and 0.46 for job performance dimensions (task performance, contextual performance, Creative performance) respectively.
The results also showed that there were significant differences between the opinions of the research sample on its dimensions, due to the type of industry, and these differences were in favor of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries first, then the textile industries second, while these differences were not statistically significant in other industries.
