The Prophetic Hadith is the second source of legislation in Islam, which is also a source of the grammatical rules. The grammarians do not overlook the citation of the Prophetic Hadith to establish the rules of grammar. However, Ibn al-Hasan Ibn al-Dhaie 'and Abu Hayyan criticized some of their contemporaries for using the Hadith excessively to establish the rules of grammar. This debate leads to the researchers to study the position of the grammarians from the citation of the Hadith on grammar. The research of this matter falls outside the temporal and spatial framework of the problem, and the ones who try to deal with this problem did not pay attention that the Hadith is related to the Qur'an and interpret it as a whole The current study attempts to put the problem in its normal position and tries to show the position of the Hadith from the Qur'an and from the grammatical citation. The study is classified into three sections. The first section talks about the Qur'an, while the second one deals with the problems that accompanied the transcription of the hadith. The third section provides solutions to the problem and refutes all suspicious opinions that accompanied it. The research concludes with the most important findings.
