The Quality of Educational Services Provided for the Displaced Secondary School Students in Marib Governorate According to (SERVPERF) Scale

The research aims to evaluate the provided educational services for the displaced secondary school students to Marib Governorate according to the consisting dimensions for (SERVPERF) scale. The research fellowed the descriptive mythodology. The size of a sample reached (568) from the enrolled displaced secondary school students in the year 2021-2022. They have been selected in the method of simple random sample. The questionnaire has been designed to be included with (5) deminsions according to the scale of the quality of service (SERVPERF). The indicators reached (22) with equal distribution on all the deminsions of the scale The results of the research presented that the quality of the educational services provided for displaced secondary school students were low. The dimensions of the service of educational quality were arranged respectively: safety was in low degree, reliability was in medium degree, response was in low degree, the tangible was in low degree and sympathy dimension was in low degree. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences among the averages of responses to the dimensions of quality of educational services according to variable type except the dimension of safety. The differences were at the side of females. In addition, there were statistically significant differences according to the classroom variable. Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences according to the displacement duration except the dimensions of safety and sympathy. Further, the differences were for the Displacement duration for less than 4 years The research presented a group of proposals and recommendations which may enable the official authorities to achieve the dimensions of the quality of educational services provided for displaced secondary school students; and how to improve such services for the sake of the students so that they could get their rights in learning efficiently and effectively.
