Pedagogical Entrepreneurs in Islamic Pedagogical Thought

Abstract

This study aimed to define the philosophy of pedagogical entrepreneurs' connotation and grades. Moreover, it demonstrated the pivotal capabilities of their scientific and practical competence with describing the duties of their pedagogical movement. Actually, the study used the analytical descriptive approach, and concluded to the following results:
1.    Pedagogical workers are the cornerstones of educational work. They are basis of doing any work and the success of any work depending on the workers' success and the safety of their guidance.
2.    Pedagogical entrepreneurs vary according to the nature and status of their role, and successive pedagogical entrepreneurs are entitled to a worker who wishes to reach from the employer in the pedagogical entrepreneurs to the businessman who owns the pedagogical entrepreneurs.
3.    The scientific and practical competence of educational workers are based on four governing capabilities which are the capabilities of diligence in and on business, the ability to formulate and then making, and then the educational maintenance of workers and businesses.
4.    The educational duties of the main educational workers for the safety and health of the power of educational movement, make the process of movement in accordance with the known and educational norms a primary entry point, followed by the educational movement of workers towards the objectives of good education after releasing and liberation from the shackles and weights that restrict the strength of the educational movement.
